The Range of Lifestyle Travel Contracts are designed to provide you with "peace of mind" whilst on holiday and automatically include a Travel legal Expenses contract.

Making a Claim

In the event of a claim contact the appropriate numbers listed on the policy schedule and/or policy booklet.


How to cancel a policy

The policy will continue for the period specified in the policy schedule.

You have certain rights to cancel the Policy.


If this policy does not provide the cover you need or you wish to cancel for any other reason. You should contact Lifestyle directly.


You will have a period of 14 days (28 days following automatic renewal) from the inception of the policy and receive a full refund, provided no assistance has been provided.


Lifestyle will contact you in writing before your policy expires to arrange the renewal of your policy. At the same time we will review your premium and advise you of the renewal premium amount. We reserve the right to adjust your premium to reflect any changes in the rate of tax applicable to it. Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse renewal of any individual policy and we will inform you before your policy expires if we choose to do so.


How can I complain?

If you have a complaint, please phone or write to Lifestyle directly. Every effort will be made to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. If your complaint relates to the insurance cover provided under this policy and it is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you may have the right to report the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We will give you information about reporting your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you remain dissatisfied. If your complaint relates to any non-insurance service provided under this policy, you will not have the right to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.


Your contract with the Insurer

You must co-operate with the Insurer in obtaining reimbursement of any costs that incur under the terms of this cover) which may have been caused by the action of a third party against whom you have a legal right of action.

Duty of Disclosure

The information you provide us during the quote process will form the basis of the contract between you and the Insurer. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information and to disclose all material facts likely to influence an insurer's decision to accept or decline the risk. If you are unsure about whether to disclose any information please contact us for guidance.

How do I renew?

Failure to disclose any material information, or incomplete or inaccurate information, could invalidate your insurance cover and mean that part or all of any claim made on the policy may not be paid.

This policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with law of England and Wales.
